Informace o akci

The band Zacier and Człowiek Widmo will perform at Toruń's Od Nowa club.

Zacier is a Polish music group founded in 1984 by Mirosław "Zacier" Jędras. The name Zacier was secondarily expanded as an abbreviation for: Association of Suffering and Enthusiastic Artists (Zrzeszenie Artystów Cierpiących i Entuzjastycznie Rżnących). The main character of the band is Mirosław Jędras himself, who is the author of lyrics and music, who sings in the band, plays on keyboard instruments and many other (including guitar, violin, pipe). The remaining composition of the group was subject to frequent changes. Currently playing with Zacier are: DJ Mrufka (son of Jędras) on drums, Dr. Yry on bass, Dziarski (Andrzej Matuszczak) on guitar. Since 2013, when Dr. Yry cannot attend concerts due to other duties, the group is supported by Szymen Janowski. One of the first songs of Zacier was the song Odpad atomowy, later performed by Kazik Na Żywo (released on the album Na żywo, but in the studio 1994) and Elektryczne Gitary.

Człowiek Widmo, so named after the Paul Verhoeven movie Hollow Man and also known as Miszcz Pawarotti or The Syntetic, is a one-man amateur musical project by Dariusz Pakuła from Swietochlowice. In his lyrics, often chaotic and full of surreal humor, he tells various stories inspired by fairy tales and science fiction, among others. A distinctive feature of Pakuła's vocals is his strong Silesian accent, but he uses Silesian vocabulary sporadically (nudelkula, ôżarty). As background music, The Syntetic uses old synthpop and eurodance hits. He recorded his songs on cassette tapes that were passed between friends. After a while, someone posted samples of his work on the Internet, where they gained popularity. At first Pakuła did not believe in his popularity, he was convinced that his friends were mocking him. He only became convinced of it when he started performing in public.
